  1. Take the First Step: Toward continuous health by attending yoga class.(see schedule)
  2. Be Wise: Start at your level & choose a level of class that works for you.
  3. Commitment: Attend 1 class per week or more and commit.
  4. Consistency is Key for Results: Decide which day(s) works best for you and be in class weekly.
  5. Mental Toughness: Don't give yourself any back doors and come to class no matter what, no excuses.
  6. Judgement will Kill your Good Intentions: You can never really see how well you are doing until you have attained it.
  7. Be Patient: Everyone learns at a different pace, don't beat yourself up.
  8. Follow Your Heart: Follow your growing passion for yoga and you will end up doing it well. Always follow your heart in class or anywhere in your life to get success.
  9. Humility: Is the most important ingredient to continuous learning, don't let your ego get the best of you and make you think you have arrived. You'd be bored if you had.
  10. Get Enough Rest: your body will go through transformation, get enough sleep to recover. Soon you will feel strong.
  11. Time is Your Friend: Slow and Steady wins the Race.
  12. It's the Journey that counts: There is no where to arrive we are all on a journey. In truth, we don't know where it will take us.
  13. Trust: There is no growth without trust. Trust is a partnership with yourself and your instructor. it needs to be nurtured at every stage of unfoldement for change to take place.
  14. The Discovery of Self: There is always more to learn about yourself, if you hit a road block, recognize it, go around it by changing your attitude about learning.
  15.  It's a BIG Adventure: Have fun with it and don't quit on yourself when the going gets tough.
  16. Be Willing to Be Taught: your instructor/coach or mentor will help you reach your goals and become a better version of you.
    If you think you know it all you cannot be taught. Vulnerability, humility, and open mindedness are virtues to practice in class in order to be taught.

  17. Laugh a lot: Laughter is what will keep you sane in times of trouble. If you see yourself get too serious, just laugh it off. watch a funny movie and laugh out loud!
  18. Be Considerate: Learn the Ethics of yoga in a studio setting. If you are new, visit the new students orientation and FAQ page. And always be considerate of others.

    Born and raised in France, I left my home country in my late teens pursuing a dream. I knew I would live in the USA and that it was my destiny.
    Indeed it was. I met my spiritual teacher in my early 30s and this is when everything changed for me.

    I now teach yoga and nutrition, offering Intuitive Health Coaching in private sessions. Working with clients from all walks of life.

    Naturally and very simply, I work with the body's deficiency to bring it back into balance giving it the nutrition it needs, with wholefoods, herbal remedies, vitamins, and other modalities. The body does the rest!
    Working with both men and women, who are desperate in regaining their health without medications.
    It works! I have done it over and over again.

    In my spare time I love to grow an organic vegetable and herb garden. Have raised happy free roaming chicken and I Love nature and everything that lives in it.
    I am an avid Light & Sound Practitioner which is where I draw all my strength from for all my yoga and nutrition classes.
