This yoga challenge is suitable for everyone and any level. Ultimately this challenge is for you and your personal experience with yoga Asana. You can choose any pace that fits your style.
Embrace the inevitable change in your life and get ahead of the curve by taking this 8 days Mandala style Yoga Flow to welcome any change. This challenge will help you get steady with a home yoga practice (if you wish to start one). A personal challenge is exactly that, it is meant to challenge you so you can change on a deeper level AND grow as a human being. through these 8 days of daily yoga. You will undoubtedly increase your stamina, raise your level of vibration, which contributes to better health, effective calmness of mind, feeling happier, getting energized, and gaining a sense of freedom in and about your life, losing weight and strengthening/re-sculpting your body. By the end of this challenge you will have mastered your yoga mandala routine and will be able to continue it for as long as you want or as often as you wish. Each class together will give you a personalized opportunity to improve your Asanas alignment, and even discover what is keeping you from "being" in the pose verses forcing the posture. A yoga mandala prepares you for change by challenging your own mind while moving in different directions of the mat. We learn to let go of our old ways, which can be experienced as a death. We start living the new within us, the re-birth, and rejoice while experiencing new strength, new understanding about a dilemma, or viewpoint that will serve us best and bring us to a new state of happiness in our life.
