The Dawn of Change

The end of the Piscean Age
Picture
December 21st, 2012 was the end of the Piscean age, it was the final association with this era. We were on the cusp of it for the last 50 years since around the 1960s. We now have left it completely and have entered a whole new era called the age of Aquarius, with new conduct, new insights that will settle into each of us and into the world as we progress into this new time.
If you life seems "strange" or "different" where you don't seem to have a handle on things like you did before, it is because you are still learning the rules and ways of this new era.
We will need to adopt to these new vibrations in order for us to have a fulfilling life.
"The old ways cannot exist anymore".

“When any area of life wanes to uncomfortability - be open to "newness" in every way.” ― Sri Gari Olsen

But the good part of all this is that each one of us have been prepared for what is now for the past 50 years.

And in the past 4 or 5 years, you may have noticed more intense events taking place. I know I got my share of big experiences, I moved to New Mexico, I dove into teaching yoga full time, had a major car accident, experienced family discord, and everything else seemed to be rearranged and different.
You are going to tell me that these things happen all the time, it's part of life, maybe so but this time everything got amplified, intensified, and lived acutely because of the retrogressive conjunctions in place. The vibes were heavy!

The good news is we have been prepared for the re-ordering of our own lives before entering the Aquarian age for the past fifty years. Maybe some of you haven't lived that long like me, well you are part of the change.

"If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading."
― Lao Tzu

So here we are, treading on new grounds or maybe in "new waters" trying to make sense of ourselves and our lives. Learning how to stay in harmony with these new influences.
The new trend of this time is the search of our true self within. To commune with God, the Divine, the Higher force, the Universe, the Mothership, call it what you want, inside of our own temple and not run outside of ourselves to find truth.
"The True Temple is within You" not in ashrams, mosque, Hindu temples, churches, or any buildings for that matter. "The True Path is Within You" and needs to be found and retraced with the guidance of a proper Guru or Spiritual teacher if one feels inclined to.

"Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is Enlightenment."
― Lao Tzu

That's why institutions of all kinds have been exposed. In the last 50 years we have seen leaders from all walks of life exposed, Churches, Corporations, the Government, Doctors, the Medical industry, no one is blindly following any institution anymore without questioning their integrity. People are weary, suspicious and turned off of what leaders have to say.
We are doing what our parents and ancestors would have never dared doing.
Truthfulness is of high order. We are turning within, to find truth within ourselves, to find the true Path within, to discover Soul within (not ego), God, Spirit within.

The answers are within each of us.

Yoga has now become such an important part of people's life. It is a vehicle to help us learn to go inside, listen, and help us find truth within. Yoga is not a religion, it is a way of life without the burden of "sin" on our shoulders. Yoga is making people responsible of their own action knowing that "karma" rules in everyone's life, being the law of the universe "cause and effect" and no one can escape it. Yoga teaches us the principles of all the known scriptures out in the world, it offers true spirituality, and helps us live these principles everyday, showing us that the true path is within.

In 2012 The yoga Journal released a market study that 20.4 million people practice yoga in America an increase of 30% since 2008.

My motto is and has always been to follow my heart!

Follow yours, and go with what seems honest and truthful to you, knowing that it may all change on a dime. Explore what's being given you, and discover who you are in this new era. Be courageous and take the next step, baby steps are the way. Stagnation will hurt you an,d you will wonder why all this calamities in your life exist.

Go for newness, change, progressive thinking, take a chance, have trust on your new "path" in this world, and associate with like minded souls and those that promote your spiritual side not your ego side.

Happy Trail!

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."
― Lao Tzu

Born and raised in France, I left my home country in my late teens pursuing a dream. I knew I would live in the USA and that it was my destiny.
Indeed it was. I met my spiritual teacher in my early 30s and this is when everything changed for me.

I now teach yoga and nutrition, offering Intuitive Health Coaching in private sessions. Working with clients from all walks of life.

Naturally and very simply, I work with the body's deficiency to bring it back into balance giving it the nutrition it needs, with wholefoods, herbal remedies, vitamins, and other modalities. The body does the rest!
Working with both men and women, who are desperate in regaining their health without medications.
It works! I have done it over and over again.

In my spare time I love to grow an organic vegetable and herb garden. Have raised happy free roaming chicken and I Love nature and everything that lives in it.
I am an avid Light & Sound Practitioner which is where I draw all my strength from for all my yoga and nutrition classes.
Look for me in Sandia Park, NM in East Mountains of NM where I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Revitalize Flow, Restore & heal Yoga, Nutrition Course, Posture Class, Rehab injury clinic @ Higher Altitude Yoga
