We work together approximately for 2 months, to get you on the right track and keep you focused with your new health regiment as we tackle underlining and possibly unforeseen health issues with a total of 8 sessions.
1st session combines 2 1/2 hours of our time
8 X sessions 60 min
This will give you a new direction and tools to guide you to stay on track with your health while addressing any issues.
Any of the sessions or all can be done via Skype or phone.
