10. Get Enough Rest: your body will go through transformation, get enough sleep to recover. Soon you will feel strong.
11. Time is Your Friend: Slow and Steady wins the Race. 12. It's the Journey that counts: There is no where to arrive we are all on a journey. In truth, we don't know where it will take us. 13. Trust: There is no growth without trust. Trust is a partnership with yourself and your instructor. it needs to be nurtured at every stage of unfoldement for change to take place. 14. The Discovery of Self: There is always more to learn about yourself, if you hit a road block, recognize it, go around it by changing your attitude about learning. 15. It's a BIG Adventure: Have fun with it and don't quit on yourself when the going gets tough. 16. Be Willing to Be Taught: your instructor/coach or mentor will help you reach your goals and become a better version of you. If you think you know it all you cannot be taught. Vulnerability, humility, and open mindedness are virtues to practice in class in order to be taught. 17. Laugh a lot: Laughter is what will keep you sane in times of trouble. If you see yourself get too serious, just laugh it off. watch a funny movie and laugh out loud! 18. Be Considerate: Learn the Ethics of yoga in a studio setting.
