All of this can be regulated with the proper food combination and the types of foods we ingest for a period of time until it is brought back into balance.
In this workshop we will learn much about how certain hormones can keep us from achieving perfect health.
You will receive a guideline to follow each day; how to prepare nutritious simple foods, replacement meals with smoothies, herbs or supplements to jump-start proper detox and clearing out the gut's unwanted bacteria.
Includes: 4 days guideline and recipes for all meals, 4 days of yoga and review of your progress in the classroom.
All classes will be Therapeutic Slow Flow Yoga for about 30 - 45 min with a 15 min Q&A. The focus of each class will be on creating enough heat in the body intermittently with relaxation poses. This will promote a gentle detox and bring back overall balance in our hormonal system within the body.
You will be able to function and have a normal lifestyle during this workshop. you can easily go to work and attend your normal daily tasks. You will NOT feel hungry nor tired during this program. We are just rearranging certain foods you eat to emphasis proper food combination as well as eliminating some others.
