Individual weekly or bi-weekly sessions in person, via Skype or by phone for two to three months.
Personalized guidance with a step by step program tailored to your health's needs. Using foods as your medicine, your diet will be adapted to slowly overcome chronic health issues. Some herbal remedies and supplements are added to boost the immune function and stabilize the health crisis you may be dealing with.
Holistic Intuitive Health Coaching is an adaptable approach to help your body heal as a whole. By re-establishing the fundamental balance of one's constitution the body gets an opportunity to heal itself without the use of invasive, addictive, and dangerous drugs.
In these session you will be given the tools to use foods as your medicine to help your body heal from whatever ailment is assailing you.
You will be educated on what to choose for your current health crisis, what to avoid currently until you become well again.
You will understand that being healthy is a lifestyle.
You will learn so much about health you will BE THE EXPERT YOURSELF.
Individually Tailored Yoga Instruction
Each yoga sessions are designed specifically for you, in accordance to your needs and goals. We determine what needs to be addressed with each session.
Our free initial phone consultation is here to pinpoint out some of these goals and needs.
Each session is 60 minutes and builds upon the next. You will have the perfect laid-out plan to help you grow, improve, and transform.
Slowly we will tackle any personal fear or challenges that may come up and show themselves as we delve in the practice of yoga.
With my expertise and with your participation in effort and desire to attain your goals you are guaranteed results.
Spiritual guidance is incorporated and can be more or less encouraged. Again it all depends on your needs.

Injury Rehab Sessions
Heal your injuries with yoga with our specialized Injury Rehabilitation sessions. Follow a protocol of yoga postures, and synchronized movements.
These series are perfect for individuals who have chronic unhealed injuries whom have undergone PT and other treatments but still don't feel great. Can also be used in combination of other treatments and post surgery.
This program is complete and thorough so you can be successful.
Each Injury Rehab Session is very specific to your type of injury and will be determined after your free 20 min consultation.
You will be given a protocol to follow with modified yoga movement adapted for your problem.
We meet once a week and you will be left with exercises to do each day to rehab your body.
It can take 3 - 6 sessions to get to your goal sometimes more but rarely.
I walk you through the entire process to help you achieve optimum health.
Herbal remedy, topical creams/ salves, vitamins, food recipes, and other holistic modalities will be suggested to give your body the nutrition and support it needs during this crucial phase of rehab and sensitive healing.
Most injuries can heal fully if given the time to discipline yourself for a few weeks or month(s). Most regain full range of motion, are free of pain, and feel strong again.
We often give up because we think nothing can be done or we've heard people and doctors say "well, there is nothing more that can be done, you'll have to live with your pains and aches, it's part of aging"!
But that's usually not true nor the end of it when we turn to holistic methods. Our body has its own innate intelligence and given the chance will heal completely to find its normal state again.
You just need to know how to go about it. That's what I am here for.
