Yoga is design to help you overcome your fear, anxiety, build stamina, resilience, strength and flexibility.

Revitalize Yoga Flow has all the elements of a good yoga class that delivers students to discover themselves through yoga Asanas (posture). This class is gentle yet will challenge you, it is innovative yet will teach you the basics and foundation of a yoga practice. It is for everyone who wants to improve their health and their overall well-being.

Restore & Heal Yoga class is an Innovative restorative yoga class for everyone. This class was developed out of my need while recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury.
Because I could barely practice yoga I felt the need to keep moving my body a little to keep my sanity, de-stress and restore myself into a state of balance.

With deep passive stretches mixed with brief strengthening poses, this class will
  • release stagnant energy,
  • loosen your body stiffness,
  • improve your joint mobility through fascia tissue release,
  • Increase the flow of Chi (yin / yang energy) and Prana (life force within),
  • reduce stress & anxiety,
  • balance mind & body connection,
  • increase circulation,
  • slow down an over-active mind,
  • leave you feeling light, buoyant, and completely rested.

Unlock blocked energies and rehabilitate injuries or chronic pains. Recover from adrenaline fatigue, get deep rest while using yogic breaths. Leave class clear minded and serene.

Release tension within the body but also emotional stress, and mental overload.
All of this without straining.

Yoga Basic Refresher
8 weeks series (beginner, senior, everyone)

When starting out Yoga a basic class is essential for a great experience of this ancient practice.
This basic class takes you step by step through the most practiced yoga poses
from the ground up. Review or learn all the basic poses that yoga offers
(about 30 poses for this yoga series).


8 weeks of Yoga Basic will give you a solid foundation at a steady pace to easily assimilate.

  • Change your body strength and flexibility with each weekly class.
  • Enhance your body balance and start feeling confident with your agility level in everything you do in life.
  • Learn to quiet your mind with breath control at the beginning or end of each class.
  • Discover how easy and natural it is to be more "tuned-in" with the wholesome you within.
  • Assimilate some yoga philosophy during class to help you understand the active part of a yoga student.
  • Become more naturally peaceful with meditation and, quiet your mind while improving your life with yoga.

This class is open to everyone, new students, seniors, beginners, intermediates, all ages, and those who would like to refresh their knowledge on yoga poses within their body.
It is an 8 weeks study.

Vinyasa Flow
(Open level 0,1,2 )

  Vinyasa Flow "open level", is an invigorating yoga flow that will shape up your body, improve your stamina, build strength & flexibility physically but also figuratively and transform you from the inside out.
Each class guides your through a unique & creative sequencing of Asanas (yoga postures) while flowing with Ujjayi breath.
Be prepared to raise some heat, sweat and workout.
This class will provide all level students (with some yoga experience) to participate as you will receive modification with each Asanas or steps where you can stop at or move forward to the full expression of the pose.
If you are a beginner and are wanting to explore more of yourself with yoga this class will give you plenty to work with.


We further personal growth via awareness of the Self; learning about Dharma and Yoga philosophy to enhance our life in every ways.

Step 1: Start with one of our Gentle Yoga Style

Restore & Heal Yoga (everyone) *Cancelled*
Restorative Yoga is meant to heal your pains and tiredness from within. After this type of class you will feel as if having taken a long nap. This is a great way to calm an overactive body and mind and reset your internal clock.

And /Or

Revitalize Flow (beginner, active senior) New students will ease into yoga flow and learn yoga. Designed to rehabilitate students with physical limitations or injuries. This class will teach you the basics of yoga harmonizing your mental space, neutralize your emotions and refresh you spiritually naturally.

Yoga Basic Refresher 8 weeks series (beginner, senior, everyone)

When available this class offer the basics of yoga for anyone who wish to learn yoga from the ground up. You can be currently practicing yoga, attend this class and benefit from it. Beginners will learn to yogic breathing, actuate yoga poses with good body alignment. This will prepare students to practice yoga in other level classes.

Step 2: Expand your yoga knowledge and explore more advance poses in this class.

Vinyasa Flow (open level 0, 1, 2) Once you have gained enough yoga experience and stamina this class is your next step up.
Flexibility, Strength, and Endurance are at the forefront of this class. Expect to sweat and be challenged. Experiment with new yoga poses, Inversions and arm balances.
