The Authentic Salad Nicoise
This delicious salad is a traditional dish originating from the south of France more exactly from Nice.
It is so delicious, nutritious and refreshing that it is a complete meal in one plate. Something that Anglo Saxon are use to but in France we rarely have one dish that will constitute of our entire dinner. Usually we will have 3 or 4 dishes, which will complete our dinner. I love this salad, it feels so Mediterranean and clean. You can also make it the easy way with canned Tuna fish but I highly suggest that you try it with fresh seared tuna as well. |

Season of Change
