7 Days SUN SALUTATION A & B
The Surya Namaskar 7 days challenge and home practice

7 days home practice with guidance for strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, sculpting your body & for personal growth.
Most of you have heard of Sun Salutations. If you have practiced Vinyasa Flow in the past, you have done Sun Salutation many times.
This is a great way to gain body strength, re-sculpt you entire body, feel energized everyday, sleep better and deeper, and the good part is it only will take about 15 min each day to get them done!
For 7 days you will practice 6 to 10 or more Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar A & B) each day at home or in class.
We will meet in class to learn these series, and perfect our postures as to not injure ourselves when we practice at home. You will receive a "cheat sheet" to take home with you to follow along.
Each student can follow their own level of strength as they build their stamina. Because it is a home practice there will be no pressure for you to follow anyone else but yourself. That's why any level student can participate. Modifications will be given as well to play with when you don't feel as strong and to fit your style.
The best time to do Surya Namaskar A & B is in the morning before breakfast, before your day start, but they can be done anytime of the day to fit your schedule.
