4-DAY CLEANSE - A yearly easy cleanse to unload unwanted toxins and lose extra weight.

Get an opportunity to improve your overall health by unloading unwanted toxins from the liver, kidney, and bloodstream.
Get the tune-up your body wants and deserves so that you feel healthy, in shape and fit by ridding yourself of the extra accumulated pounds over the winter.


Get 4 Therapeutic Yoga Classes each day combined with a Special Cleansing Program to follow. And see major improvement in your overall health such as:

  • Lose weight,
  • Reshape your body,
  • Brighter skin tone, and eyes
  • Sharper and more focused attention, 

You may lose 3 to 8 pounds on this detox and will simply rid yourself of built-up toxins to give your digestive system a little break.
If your body weight is normal you will hardly lose any weight but will feel invigorated and energized.


You will need a juicer (not a blender) for this detox and a shopping list will be given at the start of the cleanse. Yoga level gentle / Therapeutic and for everyone.



Receive a protocol to follow, and a list of foods to have on hand for 4 days.
You get to eat also on this cleanse and chew foods. So don't get scared, it is not as demanding as you may think and is easily followed by the whole family.

Each day we meet for a Therapeutic Flow Yoga to increase your cleanse level and help remove lethargy or stagnant toxins.
Each class include 20 min Q&A and 30 to 40 min yoga.


The focus of each class will be on helping you detox better with specific yoga poses conducive to detoxing internal organs.
Moving stagnant toxins out of the body with each class, and preventing any possible side effects like sluggishness, headaches, and cravings. You will feel rested after class and invigorated.

Once you have your list of ingredients you will be able to shop for them in advance so you are ready for D-Day.

Keep your life as you would normally while cleansing but give yourself extra relaxing time throughout the day. And you are good to go!

Friday, June 24 @ 5:00 - 6:30 pm - opening session with talk and Therapeutic Slow Flow
Saturday, June 25 @ 1 - 2pm - Therapeutic Flow
Sunday, June 26 @ 1 - 2pm - Therapeutic Flow and closing session with talk.

Monday, June 27 @ 6 - 7:15pm - Therapeutic Flow and closing session with talk.
