An easy detox to follow for anyone no matter how unhealthy you feel.
This easy to follow 3 day detox will give back the vigor you are looking to own again, and launch you into new healthy habits. Without any withdrawal, any hunger, and any mood swings.
You may lose 3 to 8 pounds on this detox and will simply rid yourself of built-up toxins to give your digestive system a little break.
If your body weight is normal you will hardly lose any weight but will feel invigorated and energized.
You will need a juicer (not a blender) for this detox and a shopping list will be given at the start of the cleanse. Yoga level gentle /restorative and for everyone.
3 DAY JUICE DETOX

Added to the diet will be 3 yoga classes to help eliminate toxins faster and remove any possible side effects from detox.

Receive juicing recipe, a list of foods to have on hand for the 3 days.
Juices can be prepared in the morning for the rest of the day. Take them with you to your work place or anywhere you will go to.
Each evening we will meet for a Therapeutic Slow Flow or Therapeutic Flow Yoga. Each class include a 15 min Q&A and 45 min yoga.
The focus of each class will be on helping you detox better with specific yoga poses conducive to detoxing internal organs. Moving stagnant toxins out of the body with each class, and preventing any possible side effects like sluggishness, headaches, and cravings. You will feel rested after class and invigorated.
Once you have your list of ingredients you will be able to shop for them in advance so you are ready for D-Day.
Although you will feel energized during this detox you still want to get 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Say no to any dinner party requests with friends or family to keep you from falling off your 3 day schedule or being tempted.
Keep your life active as you would normally with giving yourself extra relaxing time throughout the day. And you are good to go!

Friday, April 17 @ 5:00 - 6:30 pm - opening session with talk and Therapeutic Slow Flow
Saturday, April 18 @ 4:30 - 5:30pm - Therapeutic Flow
Sunday, April 19 @ 4:30 - 5:30pm - Therapeutic Slow Flow and closing session with talk.
