This easy to follow cleanse will not leave you feeling down or out.
It will promote a healthy gut by repairing each layers one by one.
Benefits of this cleanse are numerous and very important in today's time with so many processed foods available to us which, half the time we don't really know half the ingredients in them nor the source of them.
By using fresh unprocessed and simple foods we will be able to control our meals and give the gut what it needs to repair itself.

This cleanse is easy to follow + you will get to do it with the support of others and your teacher during the 4 days.
You will need a blender to do this cleanse and a shopping list will be given at the start of the cleanse.

3 yoga classes and a special cleansing diet with smoothies and a meal each day, you will get an opportunity to ease your digestive system and give it a break and feel great!
This will help you to continue on the road to health throughout the summer and improve your life.
All classes will be therapeutic yoga for 45 min with a 15 min discussion to give you insight on what we are doing.
The focus of each class will be on cleansing internal organs and helping you move toxins out of your body faster, helping with possible sluggish effects of the cleanse to invigorating your metabolism and flushing intestinal organs and moving lymphatic system.
For 3 days focus on yourself and your health! Give yourself plenty of sleep time or as much as your body wants. But continue your regular activities giving more time for yourself.
