10 day home practice with guidance for strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, sculpting your body & for personal growth.
Most of you have heard of Sun Salutations. If you come to my classes you have practiced them many times. If you have done Vinyasa Flow you have practiced them. This is a great way to get strong and it only will take 10 – 15 min each day to do them.
For 10 days you will practice 6 to 10 or more Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar A & B) in your own home.
We will meet 3 times out of the 10 days and on our first class together you will learn the series (which you already know). You will receive a "cheat sheet" to take home with you in case you forget the sequence.
Each student will follow there own level of strength as they build their stamina. Because it is a home practice there will be no pressure for you to follow anyone else but yourself. That's why any level student can participate since you will follow your own level of intensity and ability using the modified versions to fit your style or not.
The best time to do Surya Namaskar A & B is in the morning before breakfast, before your day start, but they can be done anytime of the day to fit your schedule.

The 7 Day Yoga Challenge - to Build a Home Practice
The 7 Day Challenge is a great way to start a home yoga practice. This series is for every level and anyone interested in adding some yoga to their daily or weekly routine at home. Or simply to get challenged!
From Sunday to Saturday we will practice yoga together and get into the rhythm of giving ourselves some love and care through yoga.
