"The best thing about Marie-Aude's classes, other than the music she plays that is just a joy and inspiration to our practice, is the unique character of each class. That is, Marie-Aude makes each class special, both in the emphasis on improving different body functions, and also in the routine variations.
No class is exactly the same, and I've heard more than one Yogini comment on the fact of this class by class variety being what keeps them coming back. I am also especially grateful that Marie-Aude appropriately links our physical aspirations to our spiritual needs. I leave class feeling refreshed, calm, and peaceful."

"Marie-Aude is a remarkable yoga teacher and one I feel very fortunate to have found.
As a senior citizen new to yoga, I was having problems in other yoga classes with minor but uncomfortable injuries that were happening because I was starting out with a body that had spent decades in sedentary jobs bent over a typewriter or computer and was inexperienced in yoga. I happened by chance onto one of Marie-Aude's classes at Higher Altitude Yoga: After hearing comments by her students about what an excellent yoga teacher she is, how she explained things so clearly, and how she continually corrected students to ensure they didn't injure themselves, I decided to try her Therapeutic Flow (beginners/seniors) classes.
Marie-Aude's teaching has exceeded all my expectations, and the results speak for themselves. I no longer have injuries from doing yoga, and my body has been literally transforming: My posture is far better than it has been for decades; my body is much more flexible and considerably stronger; my energy and endurance have improved significantly; and I now carry my body well instead of it carrying me.
Perhaps best of all, every class is a little different than the last, so I never get bored. I look forward to whatever improvements come next!
I highly recommend Marie-Aude to all beginners and senior citizens. I am also sure that because of her knowledge and skill as a yoga teacher, her other classes would not disappoint the more advanced."
