The 7 Day Yoga Challenge - To Build a Home Yoga Practice
July 24 - 30, 2016
This yoga challenge is suitable for everyone and any level. Ultimately this challenge is for you and your personal experience with yoga Asana. You can choose any pace that fits your style.
This is a great way to improve or get you started with an at home practice.
or personally challenge yourself with yoga for 7 days.
You'll learn to get into the rhythm of yoga asanas while in class through these 7 days and reproduce these poses through your own creative process while at home.
You'll see it's fun!
I know it can be scary at first BUT anything new is always a bit scary.
You'll learn to trust yourself and let yoga speak to you so you can create your own yoga poses sequences.
With the help of a yoga book (name will be given upon sign-up) you'll have the tools on hand to refer to while giving yourself a yoga session at home, and not feel helpless through the process.
And you'll also be given 2 yoga videos of your instructor to follow when at home.
It's easy and all you need is 30 min / day in conjunction with your weekly yoga studio visits.
