Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a different form of Hatha Yoga and is a complete workout.
We move fluidly through each yoga poses linking one breath to one movement. Vinyasa Yoga Flow creates a dynamic workout, increasing heat in the body, promoting detoxification, boosting immune functions while clearing out the lymphatic system and helping removing toxic waste of the body. A flow yoga helps melt body pains away and will leave you with no soreness after class.
